In one of the few remaining warehouses in the Dumbo (Down under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass) neighborhood of Brooklyn NY the Davis Weeks Studio produces lighting evoking clean perfection with creative spirit, furniture and artistic/whimsical objects. Custom lighting, perhaps their best known signature is marked by uncommon attention to detail and evocative materials: spun aluminum and steel, oxidized metals, nickel-plating, and two-tone powder coated shades. To the company's tribute DWS has received: Nominee, Designpreis Deutschland 2010; GOOD DESIGN Award Winner 2009 for Sculpt furniture & Sarus lighting collections; Editors Award, Lighting ICFF 2001; I.D. Magazine Annual Design Award, 1999; Editors Award, Lighting ICFF 1999. Their products are sold exclusively through Ralph Pucci International.
